Voco is a new brand from IHG made to capture the experienced travel guest who know what they want and value social occasions as much as work. They take the time to preplan their trip and look for design which is unstuffy, different and fun; while still being familiar and comfortable. The challenge was to create an upscale property, with a laid back spirit on a very tight budget.

The building is a historic terrace residence, located on the Terrace Garden; and previously housed many notable residents. Touches of history can be seen through material choices and artwork, and colouration of the room is inspired by the adjacent botanical gardens and the fact that the property was historically on Whiskey Row.
